How does the digital delivery process work?
Upon completing payment through Razorpay (or claiming a free product), you will immediately be taken to an order summary page with direct, cryptographically signed download links. Your items are also permanently recorded in your account Download Library.
Can I download my purchase multiple times?
Yes! Each digital product has a generous download allowance (usually 5 to 10 downloads). If you switch computers or lose your local file, you can log in to your account and re-download your files anytime within the entitlement window.
What payment options are available in India?
We support Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, all UPI apps, RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, and Net Banking across all major banks via our integrated Razorpay gateway.
Can I use the templates for commercial client work?
Yes. Unless specified otherwise on a particular product page (e.g. personal educational guide), developer templates and UI kits come with a commercial license allowing unlimited end-projects for yourself or clients.
What if I experience an issue with a downloaded ZIP file?
If an archive is corrupted during transfer or fails to extract, you can generate a fresh download link from your account library. You can also contact our support at orders@vikasst.shop for prompt technical assistance.
