Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered and unbundled immediately upon transaction approval, digital goods are generally deemed "used" and non-returnable once downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We want you to be fully satisfied. We will promptly issue a refund under the following verified conditions:

• Defective or Inaccessible Files: If the file is corrupted or missing critical documented components, and our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of notice.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the identical product twice within a 24-hour period.
• Failed Delivery: If an authorized payment was captured but an entitlement failed to be created on our system.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a review of your order, please email orders@vikasst.shop within 7 days of purchase, including your Order Reference Number and a description of the defect or issue.
